Our staff and volunteers on duty at 24h helpline are always ready to help when a person goes missing.

We offer our support to everyone who needs it:

  • missing people who have intentionally left their homes and now want to get a message through to their families,
  • families of missing people who find it difficult to deal with the uncertainty of their situation,
  • families of people who went missing many years ago,
  • families reunited with a missing person (how to accept them back, if at all? what to say?),
  • families whose missing person was found to be dead.

We await calls from all those who have any information about the missing person’s whereabouts. Sometimes sharing what you know can help save someone’s life.

The staff of all public services and institutions cooperating with ITAKA both in Poland and abroad, who deal with the problem of missing people on everyday basis (police, hospital and social care workers, day-care center and night refuge workers) are also requested to contact us.

Please call us!
If for any reason you would rather send us a message, please contact us via e-mail.
All queries are answered promptly.
